What's even the POINT of getting senior photos done?I LOVE this question! Graduating college is one of the most monumental moments in your life, and grad pictures are the best way to capture that moment in time. They're something you can look back on in 10, 20, 30, or 40 years and show to your kids, friends, or anyone your heart desires. Personally, Im a pretty crafty person, so displaying cool photos is a fun challenge. Below I've compiled a short list of some things you can do with your photos once you receive them! Make an Instagram post (duh). That's probably one of the top things on your mind, but picking your top few photos to post is honestly so satisfying and will make you feel SO awesome. Make a LinkedIn post! Graduating is a super important career milestone, so why not announce it on your LinkedIn profile with some adorable photos to compliment the post? Change a profile picture - why not take the best photos you own and show them off everywhere you can? Grad Announcements! When I graduated from high school, I created my own grad announcements on Canva and got them printed! It was such a fun experience, and I even decided to write individualized notes on the back and send them to my old teachers, mentors, and family members. I included information about the science program graduation I was speaking at, where I was going to college, and an invitation to my general class graduation! I got to reconnect with a lot of people and had a great time with my family in the process. Collages, photo albums, or image boxes. If you want a way to show off the whole session's worth of photos in a nice coffee table-esc book, create one of these! Printing out photos is pretty easy, and it can be a really fun way to reminisce on your session. Picture frames! If you're looking to decorate your apartment (or maybe you want to send a photo to your parents with a sweet note attached) printing your photos is an awesome option. Hot tip: Walgreens prints for pretty cheap and almost ALWAYS has a sale going on if you look up their discount codes :)

Why are your packages so affordable? You might've noticed that my packages are MUCH less expensive compared to other photographers in the area. That's because I'm a college student and also lowkey broke, so I understand the want for cute pics but not having $600 to shell out on just 10 photos. And since I'm still a student (not a professional) that means I'm still learning about photography methods and marketing. I'll be raising my prices soon (hence the 60% off discount!), but for the moment, you'll be getting pretty bomb photos for a low price while I perfect my system :D

When is the best time to book a session?RIGHT NOW! Just kidding, you can book whenevers most convenient for you! I would highly recommend making a booking request sooner rather than later however, as the sooner we get to graduation the more my schedule will start to fill up from last-minute bookings :)

What's your availability?Great question! I currently have two part-time jobs on campus and serve on the Student Union Assembly, so my schedule can get a bit hectic. Because of this, my policy is to find a time slot that works best for both of us after you submit your inquiry. My best availability is on the weekends, but since all of my packages are relatively short, It's very possible we'll be able to get your photos done on a weekday if you prefer.

How long will it take me to get my pics after the shoot?Delivery of your images is guaranteed within 2 weeks, and while that might seem like a long time to wait, this is to give myself wiggle room in case my homework or other jobs pile up. Most likely, you'll receive your photos MUCH sooner, but the 2 week limit is given to ensure you'll get your photos in a timely manner.

Will a photo of me show up on your website even if I don't like it?Of course not! My photo licensing policy is shown below. "Photographer retains copyright over the Photographic Work and is able to use it for self-promotion." So what does that mean for me? After you receive your photos, I'll likely be using them for marketing on my website or other social media platforms. If you REALLY liked your session, I might also ask you for a short testimonial! But overall, I want YOU to feel comfortable, so if you see a photo of yourself on my website and you think "erm, no, I don't like that," send me a text and we can figure something out! If you have any further questions about my photo policy, please don't hesitate to text/email me :)

Do you work around the weather?DUH! Taking photos in the rain can be super cool, but most of the time it can be a pain in the ass. For that reason, when you submit your booking, I'll take a look at the weather (as well as both of our schedules) to make sure that the date and time we pick won't be overshadowed by a rainstorm or pesky clouds.

What's the best time of day to shoot?I LOVE to take photos during golden hour. If you don't know, golden hour is the hour before sunset when the lighting makes you look like a Greek Goddess, so I'll always advocate for that time of day if possible. However, any time of day will work! Even if you want to shoot at night, I can make that happen :)

What kinds of payment do you take and when do you take it?I can take a lot of different things! I most commonly use Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, or just plain old cash, but if something else would be more convenient, we can work it out! I'll accept payment anytime before I take your photos.
